You will be asked to enter a password when making the registration. You are liable for it and hereby agree not to provide it to any third person. You agree to be solely liable for all activities and actions under your login. In the case of an unauthorized use of your registration password, you are obliged to immediately notify Project Baraka at info@project-baraka.com

Project Baraka undertakes not to provide your password to third persons. In case you forget it, it will be sent to your e-mail address at your request. Therefore, it is necessary to inform us if the address changes. Project Baraka is not liable for the privacy of your password in case third persons have access to your e-mail box.

Project Baraka does not reserve any ownership rights to the contents you have uploaded to its website. The contents will be non-exclusively used for purposes of a relevant service, without a licence fee and with a right to reproduce, distribute, backup, re-format, publicly display and show your contents.

By confirming the registration you expressly agree that:
1. You will not upload obscene, pornographic, abusive, threatening, inadequately aggressive, racist, blasphemous, illegal or otherwise unlawful materials or materials infringing advertising or private rights or otherwise problematic materials to Project Baraka´s website.

2. AUTHOR: In the case of uploading any works to your profile AUTHOR in Project Baraka, you are obliged to insert exclusively your own works, with works contributed to by third persons having their consent, and you are fully liable for the violation of the condition that may result in unlawful infringement of one´s licensing rights.

3. RESELLER: In the case of uploading any works to your profile RESELLER in Project Baraka, you are obliged to insert exclusively works owned by you, works to which you have the consent of the author with resale, and you are fully liable for the violation of the condition that may result in unlawful infringement of one´s licensing rights.

4. You will not upload files to Project Baraka´s website that might damage the website or Project Baraka operator´s or users´ computer systems in any manner whatsoever, such as viruses, worms and other harmful codes or programs designed to enable unauthorized access to the services or cause damage, malfunction or complete dysfunction of these services.

5. You will not upload contents intended for commercial purposes unless expressly permitted by Project Baraka.

It is permitted:
1. To insert market prices for works displayed to offer them for sale.
2. To insert a link to your own website containing even commercial materials directly relating to your work of an artist, in your profile.
3. To insert links to commercial websites in relevant sections (e.g. in discussions) if they are closely related to the topic and are to be used for the benefit of others.
4. Profile AUTHOR: To sell your own works without paying a commission to Project Baraka
5. Profile RESELLER: To resell various authors´ works without paying a commission to Project Baraka

You agree that Project Baraka can at any time and without prior notice suspend or terminate your registration or part of the services used by you or remove the contents uploaded by you in case it is found that you have violated these rules setting the conditions for the services or registration in any manner.

Project Baraka reserves the right to amend and improve these conditions from time to time.
You will be notified of these changes directly on Project Baraka´s website with specification of the date as of which the amended conditions will be in force.

If you continue to use the services of Project Baraka after the entry of the amended conditions into force, it will be considered as your acceptance of the revised conditions. If you do not agree with them, you can stop using the website and the services of Project Baraka.
