The validity of an order is conditioned by filling in all required data in the order form. An order is a draft sales contract that arises by delivering the goods to the client.

Refusal of a request to buy a work:
An author is entitled to refuse your request to buy a work for any reason. This may happen mainly when they receive more requests to buy a single work. An author is entitled to refuse an order from a buyer who did not previously collect or pay for goods ordered.

Confirmation of a request to by a work:
A work´s author is entitled to confirm or refuse your request after you have sent it. If a buyer does not receive a notice within 14 days, their request becomes automatically invalid.

Term of delivery:
It is a matter of agreement between the buyer and the work´s author after a request to buy a work has been received.

Purchase of a work - the buyer can buy a work from the author in one of the following ways:
- By completing a form and sending a request to buy a work to the author´s e-mail. The request is a draft sales contract. The contract arises by delivering the goods to the buyer.

- By phone (if provided by the author) and agree on all necessary information.

The Project Baraka is not an e-shop that provides the sale of artworks. The gallery only provides a chance to exhibit copyright works with an order form and contact directly to the work´s author.

We do not require either the buyer or the author to pay us a percentage of sales, we cannot be held liable for the agreement between the author and the buyer or for any possible damage incurred!!!

Project Baraka reserves the right to amend and improve these conditions from time to time. If you are its registered member, you will be notified of these amendments by e-mail, or directly on the website, with specification of the date as of which the amended conditions will be in force.

Project Baraka´s Ethical Code associates all people interested in art and does not support any excessive slander, aggression, abusive texts, sexual references or undertones, fanatic approach or discrimination due to religion, sex, age, health condition, race or nationality. In order to preserve the dignity of all Project Baraka members and visitors, we request also all registered users to refrain from including those in your communication on all Project Baraka´s web pages. Likewise, we request you not to use vulgar or otherwise offensive language.

In this event, Project Baraka dissociates itself from such statements, bears no liability for them and reserves the right, in case it is found that these principles have been violated, to cancel the contribution or even registration and delete all contributions of users who have violated the Ethical Code. Project Baraka also reserves the right to evaluate the seriousness of the violation and its punishment at its own discretion.
